Let us also lay aside every weight, and sin which clings so closely, and let us run with endurance the race that is set before us, looking to Jesus, the founder and perfecter of our faith.

Social Justice
"Social Justice," as most Christians understand it (and everyone else for that matter), is a complete misnomer. Justice is when some one gets something they deserve, i.e. - the innocent go free and the guilty are punished. Justice is not when someone in an advantageous position reaches out their hand to help one in a less advantageous position - This is called Mercy. Jesus took our guilt and died on the Cross to fulfill the requirements of the Law, to bring Justice. That shed blood forgiving you of your sins and cleansing you of your Sin Nature, that's Mercy - you didn't deserve that.
It's not semantics, it's theology.
